“How to connect to people?”. Being able to communicate clearly has always been important in the past and in a fast changing business world we live in today, this skill has become even more inevitable for people in order to move forward.
Communication has 2 layers: the what (content of the communication) and the relationship (the hidden level of willingness to reach out or to listen to the other person).
